 Before she answered warrenlady Cynthia, Katrina brushed the back of her
hand across the silver/grey patch of hair that fanned back above her right
ear, it was a nervous gesture. She had had the unusual patch set against her
black hair since she was young. Her mother always said it was a symbol of
good luck. Katrina smiled, then looked up at the warrenlady and told her
a bit about herself.

 She was currently nineteen, almost twenty. She had tried to join with a
dragon since she was sixteen, but did not succeed until just before she
turned nineteen. After the first couple of falures she left the warren and
took up learning the jewelry craft and a bit of metalsmithing. Shortly after
she returned to the warren to try again, she succeeded with Azure.

 Katrina talked a little about her family. She happily talked of her mother
who had faith in her being a dragonrider and her father who had little
faith in such a thing. Katrina's eyes darkened a bit, she brushed the patch
of silver/grey again and looked away as she thought about those tense times.
She quickly regained herself and mentioned her younger sister and her lack
of interest in dragons. And finished by telling of her younger brother who
was already taking an interest in carrying on the family trade of being
merchants.

 Katrina finished up by telling about her and Azure's skills. Thier
many experiences with wraiths, which Azure had a knack at finding.
She also told of her weapon experience which was with long knife, but
mostly dagger-including dagger throwing.

 Azure sent,<Did you tell about all the dagger throwing contests you have won?>

 Katrina replied,<No. The warrenlady is a busy person. We've taken enough
of her time.>

 Katrina then asked Cynthia about where she and Azure would be assigned.

 <What did she say, where are we going to be>, said Azure?

 <I'm waiting for her reply now. You are a bit impatient today, aren't you?>,
 Katrina replied with a understandable grin towards her dragon.

 Katrina then waited too see what else warrenlady Cynthia had to say before
she was dismissed.
