(Katrina)

NRPG: Insert this post after Katrina is paired with Lenna and before she
was assigned as Brisse's tutor.

 Katrina finished up with the Warrenlady and started to leave.

 <We get to be part of a patrol wing!> Katrina could hear the
enthusiasm in Azure's message.

 <Yes, I really don't know what made you think we wouldn't. Have you
contacted Blanchie and mentioned it to her>. Azure sent that she did.

 As Katrina exited the Warrenlady's office, Lenna come over to her.

 "So what is the verdict", she said grinning?

 "She asked me if I could read, write and do math. She also told me to
come back in awhile, so I guess I have some free time", replied Katrina.

 Lenna then asked Katrina to go with her to the dining hall to eat.
As the headed to the dining hall they past many shop. Katrina asked
Lenna if there were any places she would recommend to get furnishings
for her apartment. They arrived at the dining hall. There was a good
collection of people about and Lenna introduced some of them to Katrina.

 While they ate Katrina asked Lenna about the patrols. Was there any
training they participated in? How often did they go out on patrol? What
did they look for? Here Katrina mentioned that at Norwall she and Azure
delt mostly with wraiths, and Azure had a knack for locating them,
sometimes long before they appeared or attacked.

 <Did you tell her about how good I am at finding wraiths,> sent Azure?

 <Yes I did Azure.>

 Katrina then talked a bit about herself. She mentioned her younger sister
Serina who did not like dragons. Dragons sent Katrina's poor sister to
hiding for hours. She told of younger brother Seth, who at age 11 already
had a knack for the merchant trade like father. Here Katrina's eyes darkened,
and became distant as she thought of her father, and how he had thrawt her
all the way as she tried to become a dragonrider. She finished by speaking
highly of her mother who was proud that her daughter was a dragonrider.

 Katrina then listened to what Lenna had to talk about. When they were
done eating Katrina went to see the Warrenlady again and Lenna went off
to whatever business needed her attention.
