Scene: Area around the Isle Lake where Cynthia had been previously taken.

><LENNA!!!!> Blanchie began to scream in her mind when she lost her
>riders touch. She knew her rider was all right but nearly went into
>a panic when she wouldn't answer back. The purple's angry loud roars
>of anguish filled the area as she took to the skies heading toward
>the place where her riders last thoughts showed her to be.

>And so they went. Both men could hear the purple's cries outside the
>entrance to the cave they had entered, and knew they were finally
>safe. The dragon would never be able to get at them now.

 Katrina was looking around a cluster of shrubs for evidence about
Cynthia's attack when she heard the angry roar of Blanchie. "Oh no, Lenna,"
Katrina said out loud!" She rushed back to Azure. As she ran she sent:

<What has happened Azure?>

 A very concerned voice of Azure's touched her mind,<It is Blanchie, she
says something has happened to her rider. She knows her rider is alive, but
she is not responding back to her>.

 *Lenna must be unconscious then,*thought Katrina to herself.

 Katrina arrived near her dragon and asked for the latest on Lenna and
Blanchie. After communicating with Blanchie, Azure told Katrina that rogues
took Blanchie's rider into a cave, a cave to small for Blanchie to enter.
Katrina quickly mounted.

 <Blanchie has already sent me a picture of where she is. Also, she has
sent word to the Warren, so more riders should be here soon,> replied Azure.

<Very good my dragon,> replied Katrina as she gave Azure a quick pat and
they both winked out of sight.

 Katrina and Azure arrived near the cave. Katrina dismounted and found a
torch in her saddlebag. Then as Azure tried to calm the frantic Blanchie,
Katrina dodged around the dragon and went inside the cave entrance.
When she lit the torch she could see the vast cave with it's many twisted
passages. If only Katrina was familiar with the topography around this area,
she may have explored this cave at some other time, and would have known
what this cave was like.

 She heard Azure,<What is wrong my rider>?

<It is a large cave with many passages. Lenna could be anywhere,> replied
Katrina trying not to sound to disheartened

 Katrina sorted through some rocks, until she found one that would be
able to leave a visible mark on the cave walls.

 <I am going to go in a short ways,> Katrina told Azure.

 Katrina heard a concerned creening from her dragon and,<Do not go far.
You might get lost, and then the others will have two riders to look for>.

 <I found a stone that leaves a streak. I will mark my way. I will not go
far, and besides others will be her soon, so I really don't think I will
progress that much>.

<Be careful my rider,>replied Azure.

 Katrina put a mark on the entrance wall. The cave was a cool, damp and
musty inside. Katrina shivered and thought,*I am definitly not going far.*
She then headed down a long passage her boots cluttering on the stone floor.

All: I know it isn't much, but since Katrina is Lenna's partner I figure
she should attempt something.
