Morning dawned and Fae'Rhee and Dyanisa had their breakfast in the privacy
of the younger lady's apartment yet again. Nrocinu had yet to return and
Fae'Rhee was becoming resigned to the fact that he probably would never
return. She wondered what would have driven him away like that.

Fae'Rhee dressed in her new outfit, the top was a lovely shade of green to
match her eyes and the pants were black like her hair. She liked the
contrast and enjoyed the previous day's adventure of picking out what she
liked from all the different colors and textures of fabric. She was looking
forward to getting the rest of her outfits later that day. She also put on
the new shoes that they had picked out yesterday.

Dyanisa set to work teaching Fae'Rhee how to braid her hair. She was
pleased at how easily Fae'Rhee picked up the new skill, nimble little
fingers weaving the strands of hair carefully. Perhaps there was hope for
the girl yet.

Fae'Rhee had just finished fixing her hair when she heard a familiar voice
in her head, <Good Morning Fae'Rhee. It's Jadain. Mother would like you to
come to the schoolroom now.>

Fae'Rhee got up and started out the door.

<Fae'Rhee, where are you going?> Sienra asked Fae'Rhee.

<To the schoolroom. Jadain said that Jayleigh wants me there.>

Jadain gave Fae'Rhee directions of how to get to the schoolroom from
Dyanisa's apartment and she had no trouble finding it.

She walked into the room and there sat her friend Jadain and several other
children. At the front of the room was an older woman with gray hair worn
back in a bun and green eyes. Fae'Rhee entered the room and approached the
woman cautiously. The woman smiled at Fae'Rhee and said something Fae'Rhee
did not understand.

Fae'Rhee looked at Jadain in confusion, <What did she say?>

Jadain translated, <Good morning Fae'Rhee. I am Amber. Today we are going
to teach you to speak.>
