{Day 5 Early Morning - Training Area}

"PUSS!  When did you get back!"  Sharees called.

"Just yesterday!  Are you a dragonrider now, Sharees?"  Puss grinned,
recognizing the leather crafter who had made her the most excellent pair
of boots.


"Yes, that's Chamelle..."  Sharees turned to point to her sapphire blue
dragon -- who was seated next to Flerrion.  Suddenly, recalling T'rell's
predicament, Sharees said, "Oh dear!  Puss, can you find the
Warrenlady?"

"Oh she is a fine dragon Sharees, I'm so glad you got the chance to
join! And, you bet I can Lady! I'll take the Big Guy with me."  Grabbing
Olaf she herded him towards the office.

Puss was still fuming over yesterday. She had been so excited when
T'rell suggest they go eat and 'talk about the Elite Squad.'  Here was
her chance to get close to the the incredibly sexy giant but all the big
man talked about was some woman named Pandora.  If it hadn't been for
Bootsie's sharp warning she probably would've dumped her plate of food
over his head.

"Geez Mz Puss, ya don't have ta be so rough, ah'm comin'."  Olaf said, a
bit surprised at the strength of the small woman.

"T'rell is in trouble, and if'n you want to be part of this Elite Squad
you'd better get your butt in gear boy!"

The doors were locked to the barracks so Puss looked around debating on
what to do. "Olaf, get that!" she commanded pointing to a nearby log,
"We need to get that front door open, now!

The noise of Olaf banging the log against the front door echoed across
the Warren and the crash of the doors finally giving way shook part of
the building.

"I need to get the Warren Lady. You check out T'rell's office." Puss
said pushing the hulking man in the right direction.

"Ma'am I'm not sure what is happening but there's screaming going on
everywhere around here. I think the terrorists attacked in two places at
once." Puss ranted.

Definitely concerned Jayleigh checked with troy and learned that there
was indeed pandemonium erupting in the warren.  She checked her knives
and hurried to the Wingleader's office with the brightly clad Puss on
her heels.

"What is going on here! I thought the building was falling down,"
Jayleigh exclaimed as she, Puss and Olaf stared into the open doorway
of  T'rell's office to find an angry Sharees and Kayla cutting
themselves loose from one of T'rell's booby traps.

Immediately arming herself she looked around the office and saw T'rell
and Jak's emerging from the cellar door obviously unharmed. A bit
perplexed she went to help the two women.

"NO, don't!" T'rell yelled seeing Jayleigh walk behind the chair towards
the woman.

"What?" Jayleigh hesitated, confused by his warning.  But it was two
late the trap had been sprung and in the next instant a bucket suspended
from the ceiling, dumped its contents on the Warren Lady also splashing
on the two nearby women .

T'rell groaned, Jak's smirked and Olaf and Puss stood side by side in
the doorway totally dumbfounded.

{Day 5 Early afternoon right after lunch}

but she was suddenly accosted by Olaf and Puss as they emerged from the
dining hall together.

Puss was jubilant, it had definitely been an interesting morning to say
the least and lunch had been actually nice. At least Olaf talked about
the training instead of that woman.  As they left the dining hall the
two ran into Sharees, Puss was gonna ask her about another pair of boots
but Olaf was so busy talking she couldn't get a word in edgewise and
then she saw him........

Her mouth fell open and stars filled her eyes as she looked across at
the two men talking together. It was the same fella she'd seen the day
before. *Oh my! Oh gosh Bootsie! He is so handsome!* Puss gushed to her
dragon.

[Oh dry yourself, he's just a guy!] came the pink dragons retort.
[That's Star's rider, I think his name is Jason!]

*Jason....Jaaaasooon, it's just like music to your ears.*

[Oh puleeeazzzzzz don't make me puke!  And just what about the
incredible hulk you have in tow.]

*True Olaf is handsome and very sexy, but,* she sighed, *Jason, well
Jason he is beyond that and looks so worldly, and can you believe those
eyes, they are just to die for.*

A choking sound filled her mind as Puss stared at the young man in awe.
Her eyeballs bulged when the two men came over to them and Sharees
kissed the one she didn't know.

[Oh gosh Bootsie if a man ever kissed me like that, I think I would just
faint dead away.]

*That figures! Zero population growth, but then that's probably good,
all things considered!* the pink snorted. *You really need to get a life
girl!*

The young woman was at a bit of a loss as she listened to the groups
banter and she remained silent trying hard not to openly stare at Jason.

Waiting for a lull in the conversation she stuttered slightly as she
asked Sharees about some new boots then making arrangements decided to
make her exit before she made a complete fool out of herself.
