Day 14 Med Center
Rayn lay in bed talking quietly with Kati about all the happenings around the warren and what had become of the big tan dragon and the person it was trying to save.
"The young women is asleep again in the next room over. She threw a fit when she wasn't able to see her dragon. The healers aloud her to see the dragon and she seems okay for right now. From what I hear she is really sick." Kati talked softly so as not to disturb anyone around the two.
"I hope that she will be alright," Rayn commented sorrowfully, "her dragon was awfully concerned with her well being. It sure did prove that when it took on a whole warren to find help." A spark of fire flashed in her eyes as Rayn could finally feel some of her lost strength coming back slowly but surely. At that moment Jayleigh, the warrenlady entered the room.

As she knocked softly on the wooden door, she heard a voice call out a welcome and entered to find the girl sitting up on the bed while another female Leigh recognized as Kati.. a member of Beta Wing, was sitting in a chair near by.
"It's nice to see you are up and awake," Leigh greeted the girl on the bed after a brief but friendly nod to the other girl. "And I see you're being well taken care of by Kati here. How's she doing Kati?"
"F-fine ma'am.." Kati stuttered slightly at the question from someone so important. "I'm keeping her c-company."
Leigh gave the girl a warm friendly smile to help put her at ease. "That's very kind of you Kati."
She turned then back to face Ryan.
"I'm Warrenlady Jayleigh. They told me you were asking to see me. I hope they are treating you well here."
"Oh yes M'Lady.. Kati has been real nice to me since I woke up.. Her and another rider named Lexi," Ryan added. "But he had to leave. "
"I'm happy to see that the Warren is taking such good care of you and that you were okay after your.. arrival. I hope it didn't scare you off Warren life," Leigh commented.
"Oh no M'Lady," Ryan assured her quickly. "That's what I wanted to see you about......"

"I wanted to ask your permission to reside here for a while." Rayn asked very sweetly and with a shimmer of hope in her eyes. "We would througly welcome your presence here in the warren. We could always use some strong young people to help work around I'm sure we could find something for you to do. Do you presently have any skills at working?"
"Ummmmm. I really haven't thought about that I was more worried about a place to stay and food to eat." Rayn said it more to herself than to Jayleigh, but she said it loud enough for the warrenlady to hear. "I am so sorry I did not mean any disrespect, I just hadn't thought that far ahead, please forgive me." Rayn cast her eyes downward saddness immediatly crossed her face. Rayn knew she had messed up. "Don't worry my child, we will get started on the major things. First things first your going to need to shower and change clothes." Jayleigh looked at the giant gash that almost eliminated the young girls
shirt. "Its just a matter of finding you a place to stay."
