[DL-G] A Wasted Trip

Mc'Key decided to go back to the chalet. He didn't really think anyone would
be there, but he couldn't let it go without checking. He assembled a small
group from Beta Wing to go have a look around.

"OK, here is the situation. While I was at the Western Chalet," he paused,
slightly annoyed, as a couple of sniggers went off. "When you're quite
finished!" The admonished riders, still smiling, were silent. "I saw some
questionable characters lurking about the place waiting for someone. What I
want from you is a aerial sweep of the area, to see if you can spot anyone.
I will be on the ground conducting a search of the chalet itself. OK? Let's
move."

Ghost had appeared with her dragon. "Where do you think *you're* going?" he
asked, knowing he had lost the argument already.

"I'm going with you. You might need someone who can sneak around a little."
She looked at him intently and he found it very hard to forget that
underneath those clothes she had a curvaceous body to die for.

"I'm not going to win this one so mount up! Just stick with me and let's all
be careful."

The materialised away from the chalet and spread out, sweeping inwards. With
draconic eyes scanning the ground and air, it was very unlikely they would
miss anything. Mc'Key and Ghost slowly approached the chalet and set down in
a small clearing about 200m to the left.

"OK, let's move up. Be careful my love."

"I'll be alright. Just make sure you don't make any noise."

He smiled inwardly. He was actually a very good stalker, but he was still
elephantine in comparison to Ghost. They crept up on the chalet.

"No dragon sentries," he commented, "let's go inside."

A quick search of the chalet revealed that no one was there. Also, only a
cursory snack had been consumed and so the meeting could not have taken
long. There was nothing to signify what the purpose might have been or who
the riders met. Mc'Key just had a feeling on the back of his neck that
something bad was to come of this. He made up his mind to discuss the whole
episode with Phaedra when they got back.

The Beta Wing subset landed, all reporting nothing except S'mil who reported
seeing horse tracks leading up towards the chalet. Mc'Key and Ghost had also
seen some tracks, but they were spoiled by the three dragons they had
earlier seen. With no evidence of, well, anything, Mc'Key called everyone to
head back to the warren.

Upon arriving at Geode, he dismissed the Wing and he and Ghost went back to
their apartment. They poured a couple of glasses of red wine and ate some
cheese and fruit. As they were eating, another appetite came upon them both.
Soon they were kissing passionately, tearing at each other's clothes in a
fit of animal passion. Mc'Key tore open the shirt Ghost was wearing, ripping
the buttons clean off and exposing her pert breasts. She pulled his head to
them and revelled in his suckling, moaning softly with each new pleasure.
Soon they had undressed each other and they began to kiss each other all
over. Both were more than pleased at the areas the other paid closest
attention to as they both revelled in each others bodies.

Instead of carrying her to the bedroom, Mc'Key almost threw Ghost down onto
the floor. As they kissed, he began to tease her, pinning her down, until
she begged him to enter her. As their movements became more intense, Mc'Key
enjoying her scratching his back and chest, until he once more pinned her
arms, thrusting deep inside her. When they both began to feel the heat of
their passions overcome them, Mc'Key released her arms. Ghost grabbed his
head and once more put it to her breasts, crying out with pleasure.

As their passion gradually began to ease, their craving for each other
temporarily sated, they lay catching their breath on the floor. Both just
simply lay, Mc'Key wrapping Ghost up in his arms, stroking her hair.

Eventually, it was time to get dressed. After a shower in which Ghost showed
Mc'Key that she knew just how to please him, they stepped out clean and
refreshed. They were very hungry and had to go to the dining room to get
lunch.

After an uneventful trip to the dining hall, Mc'Key and Ghost went off to
see Phaedra about the people who visited the chalet.

He explained what had happened and, most importantly, who had been there.

"Faedos Hithra!" Phaedra exclaimed.

"Yes my Lady. It would seem something may be afoot. We must keep an
especially careful watch on our borders."

"Yes, we can't let them get away with anything."

But there was not much more to be said. There was no further action they
could take until the rogue riders made some sort of move.

"Before you go, Mc'Key, can you make sure you catch up with our new
Queenrider. Her name is Argent and I would like it if you would let her know
who you are."

"Of course, my Lady. I'll make sure I speak with her."

So, Mc'Key and Ghost headed back to their apartment, looking in on the
dining hall along the way in case the Queenrider was there.

NRPG:

I guess Barb and Tracee can decide if there is a meet now or later.
