Lori watched Michel's face as she asked him to take her to his apartment. 
He looked very dissapointed when he had to say no. She smiled inside, 
thinking that she had got away with helping Roland.

But that bastard! He had cheated her of a possible reward for killing 
Evelle, and that was one little bitch she had wanted to kill personally 
after the way she had treated her in the Medical Center when Briana had 
been hurt.

Michel dropped her off at her apartment and she stared after him, knowing 
she was falling in love and couldn't help herself. Maybe she should 
retire from the business, while she was ahead. She wandered into her 
apartment looking thoughtful and hoping that Michel would return to her soon.

*Roland*

Roland came to consciousness quickly and got to his feet, cursing Evelle 
the whole time. He looked around quickly and saw the belt and shoes over 
the edge of the cliff. He smiled. She thought to fool him that easily? He 
knew she would head for the caves....and he knew them much better than 
her. He headed in. He would kill her for this, but only after he had had 
his pleasure with her.

He listened and searched. As he drew nearer to where he believed she was, 
Taltharar roared "Keldarra is here!"

Roland cursed. Now he would have to get her and quickly move again, this 
time, covering her eyes so that her Queen could not follow. He snuch 
closer to the cave room that he had heard her in. Just beyond around a 
curve was an exit, with a ledge.

He snuck up behind Evelle, suddenly kicking a loose stone. As she turned 
and saw him, horror filled her eyes. She backed away slowly. "The 
Keldarra riders are here, Roland. You will be taken again."

"Thats not my plan, bitch. You will pay for what you did to me" Roland 
suddenly flung himself at her and as they struggled he managed to get 
behind her and start to choke her. In the distance he heard her Queen 
roar Evelle felt the pain. She then lost consciousness.

When she awoke, she found herself stripped totally naked and her arms 
tied behind her back. Her legs also tied together with a short rope 
between them that allowed her to walk.
Roland started to push her ahead of him.

"Talthalar, teleport out and then teleport to the other entrance when I 
tell you too. We are getting out of here." Roland grinned.

He shoved Evelle ahead of him. They quickly reached a ledge. "Now Talthalar!"

As his dragon appeared he shoved Evelle towards him. He then heard a 
voice "Not so fast, Roland" and Wynn stepped from the shadows. Roland 
quickly turned and used Evelle as a shield in front of him, his knife at 
her throat. 

"Not another step, boy, or she dies" Roland sneered, "although I would 
like to have my pleasure with her first" He roughly grabbed her breast 
and squeezed it.

Wynn stepped towards Roland, the anger burning in him, and then saw the 
pinpick of blood on his love's throat as Roland warned him off.

"We are going to get on my dragon and disappear from here. You will leave 
us alone. Maybe, just maybe, after I tire of her pleasures" again Roland 
emphasized his words with a squueze to her breast "I might return her to 
you. A little worse for wear, but then again, I will use her for what 
women are meant for. Lowly slaves to us men, pleasing us in every way."

"Now back off, or she will die"

NRPG: when does the earthquake happen? tomorrow? Btw, remember it is now 
late evening/night. Lori liberated Roland just after dusk.

Again I would like to emphasize, noone is to catch or kill Lori. You will 
have your chance eventually, its just there are some interesting twists 
coming up.

As to whether or not you can kill Roland off, that is up to you. I don't 
care one way or the other, but if he returns to terrify the warren again, 
someone else can play him. I just picked him up cause it fit Lori's 
storyline *egrin*

Btw all....I am back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (Will write Briana as soon as I can)
