Michel watched the bonfires spread around the Warren from his vantage
point on a rock.  It was hypnotic, watching all the dancing, and everyone
having fun.  He wished he were down there, but knew if he was, he would
get some glances.  Michel still wasn't sure who all knew what had happened
between him and Lori, he wasn't sure he wanted to risk seeing anyone at
all.  Besides, the trial would be soon enough.

Paranth watched from the sky the Dragons circling in the sky, just as
happy as their riders at the close of another year, remembering those not
fortunate enough to be there for the celebration.

Michel looked up at his friend, remembering, not for the first time
recently, just how strange it was when they had joined.  

"Go..."  Michel grinned up at him, "Have fun with your brethren."

*You shouldn't be alone, Michel*

"I'll be fine...I'm just going to hang out here."

*Are you sure??*

Michel nodded up to the Dragon, knowing he had wanted to be flying in and
out among the others, playing their version of tag.

*Yell if you need me*

With that, Paranth took off toward the celebration, weaving in and out of
the Dragons flying around.

Michel sat back on his rock, wondering what tomorrow would be like.  Hell,
Most likely.  He smiled.  So much had changed.  He should visit Briana,
but then he wondered if she had even heard about Lori.  Most of the rest
were outside.  He'd heard the Gossip (As all do who are joined) and
thought of visiting Aleta, to find out how she was doing.

It was like that when Michel fell asleep on the boulder.
