Carie sobbed for what seemed like several hours, and was probably only one.

*Carie, you are ok.  I don't understand why you are so upset.*

Carie sniffled, still huddled in the corner of the apartment.  Taking a 
deep breath, she better composed herself.

"Fiera, Michel and I are brother and sister.  We love each other dearly, 
but that is just not done.  It is...not morally right for a brother and 
sister to...Oh." She stopped, frustrated at trying to explain it to her 
Dragon.

*Carie, you and he love each other, therefore, how is it wrong?  It is 
not wrong for two dragons of the same clutch to Mate, it is not wrong for 
any dragon to mate another, these human..Morals...are too hard to 
understand.  I've spoken to Sarathain, and Aura, and they know little 
more than I do.*

"Fiera...I just don't know how to explain it.  It's not done."

Rider and Dragon kept at this for a while longer, as Carie cleaned 
herself up a bit.  She playfully thought to herself that already, she had 
cried twice while in this apartment, she hoped that wasn't a bad sign.

"Ok.  Fiera, when you talk to Kaylin next, ask him to ask David his 
thoughts on the matter, and see if he can explain it to Kaylin better.  
If so, then Kaylin can tell you.  Otherwise, Waylene might be able to 
tell Aura, and therefore tell you.  Right now, I want you to take me over 
to Waylene's.  I should talk to her."

"Waylene?" Carie said, hesitantly entering the Warrenlady's Chamber.

"Yes, Carie, Aura told me you were coming." The Warrenlady paused.  "Are 
you feeling better?" She asked akwardly

Carie nodded.

"yes, a little.  Tho, I'd feel much better if I could explain just why 
I'm upset to Fiera."

Waylene nodded, fully understanding the difficulty of explaining Human 
views to Dragons.

*Carie, I've been asking around, and none of the Dragons here have been 
able to explain your situation any better.*

Carie sighed.  She hadn't been sure the Dragon would check with many 
other Dragons, but having confirmation set her down a little bit.

"That's ok.  I'll come up with a way to explain it to you sometime."

*Carie, everyone is very happy that I am going to have my own clutch.  
Now there will be a new generation of Dragonriders at Marrid.  Also, the 
fact that I now have children on the way is making some of the others 
here at Marrid a little more sad, mainly because of what happened to 
Keane and Larrith.*

Carie nodded.

"That makes sense.  Maybe this will bring a little more happiness to some 
of them."

*When are you going back to talk to Michel?*

Carie stopped.

"I don't know.  I haven't given that much thought."

*I hope it will be soon.  I would like to see Paranth again.*

Carie just nodded.

They returned later that night, the old man and his companion.  Several 
questions were asked of the Dragon, and the old man went to see Waylene.

"Waylene, it is Touth.  Yenal and I have a few things we'd like to 
discuss with you about our standing with the Warren.
