Worried about her dragon, Yasmine decided to take a walk around the warren
to try to relax herself. She was just about to turn and go home when she
saw the girl that had come to visit that one night sitting under a tree
with the trainer's two babies.

Yasmine approached the girl shyly, "Hi Minty. Remember me?"

"Yes, Yasmine!" The girl smiled up at her, "How are you doing?"

"Worried about Starlin," Yasmine said, almost as if confessing something.

Yasmine sat down and relieved Minty of one of the babies. She smiled softly
as the small dear began to coo at her, but her eyes still showed the new
rider's worry.

"I know, lots of the dragons are sick," Minty consoled her, stroking
Yasmine's blond hair softly. "How are other things?" she asked, remembering
the trouble that the girl had with Lord Utha.

"I met my father!" Yasmine announced happily.

"You did?" Minty's tone was surprised.

"Well, I am afraid I didn't react too well at first. He came to training to
help Trey supposedly and Starlin told me who he was before anyone else
did," Yasmine explained apologetically.

"Dragons aren't good at keeping secrets."

"So I noticed," Yasmine sighed, thinking again of her ill hatchling, "But
we got to talking later and he's very nice."

"Who is he?" Minty asked.

"His name is G'vriel."

Yasmine cringed inwardly as Diana approached. She remembered the scene the
woman caused over her babies being left around sick dragons. Such a fuss,
and what else were they to do, leave them on the grass in the middle of the
green?

"What's the matter?" Minty asked.

"Diana, she got upset the other day when we were watching the babies over
by the dragon's quarantine area, it kind of upset me."

"New mother syndrome," Minty explained.

"Oh," Yasmine replied softly, not really understanding. After all, the
babies weren't going to get a dragon sickness, that was just silly. Yasmine
worried again as she thought once more of her sick hatchling. 

"Well, speaking of the tent, I need to go spend some time with Starlin,"
Yasmine said sadly, excusing herself before heading back to the quarantine
tent set up for the dragons near the med center.

NRPG: Just a short one. :) If anyone wants to talk to Yasmine, she'll be at
the med center in the tent with Starlin, and she'll probably be wanting
some answers, as well as being rather depressed.
