Kendal couldn't believe it, he would finally be on another combat wing.  
Perhaps his luck was changing afterall.  This would be a happy day 
indeed.  Not only has he finally been accepted back into a warren, only 
temporary until he can find out what happened two years ago, but home 
anyways, but also to fly into combat with other riders again.  Wow, he 
thought.  A great day.

	*You wish Kendal oh boy. It might have been a good day if you 
hadn't forgetten something.*

	*What are you talking about Ainu, I haven't forgetten anything.*

	*Oh, and what about Ailill in the Med Center.*

	*Gods, you're right.  How could I have forgetten.*  Kendal began 
running in the direction of the Med Center...

	*No good in going there now Kendal, she already left.  Probably 
is home by now.  You might be able to catch her for dinner if you're lucky.*

	*you think she'll forgive me for leaving her.*

	*Maybe.*

	Kendal stops on the green as he waits for Ainu to arrive to pick 
him up.  Looking around he notices a garden nearby .  running over to the 
garden, he looks around to ensure that no one is looking before picking 
out a few flowers.  Might as well not go empty handed he thought.

	Ainu lands gently on the green near Kendal as Kendal wanders over 
to mount him.  

	*Nice touch.*

	*I thought so.  Now lets go, I have an apology to give.*

Scene: Outside Ailill's apartment late night

	Kendal walked over to her door and started gently knocking on 
it.  He hoped that she would be home and at least in some sort of good 
mood.  Placing his hand with the flowers behind his back so that she 
would not immediately see them.

	She opened the door and from the shadows of the hallway, Kendal 
took a step forward into the light to reveal his presence.

	"Good evening Ailill, am I intruding."

	"Hmph.  You've got some nerve mister."

	"I'm sorry Ailill, I didn't mean to forge..I mean umm.."

	"Oh so you forgot about me huh, just ditching me at the Med 
Center with Kai Ho. How could you?"

	"There was no excuse Ailill.  And I understand if you hate me for 
it but,"  Pulling out the flowers from behind his back.  He could see the 
look in her eyes light up by his gesture.

	"Would you at least accept my apology."

	"They're beautiful."

	"Almost as beautiful as you."  What was he saying.  Sounds more 
like a stupid pickup line than an apology.  Why was he here anyways.  
This was dumb, he shouldn't have come, or should he?

	"Apology accepted.  Come on in, I'll put these in some water."

	He stepped into her well colored apartment.  She had a flair for 
decoration as her home seemed rather homey. Perhaps he should leave he 
thought, might not be sucha  good diea afterall to be here.  But what 
harm could it be.  He'll just stay for a few minutes he thought.  It'll 
be alright.
