Waylene

>"Lady Waylene," Yasmine asked hopefully, "I don't have to go back to
Tressa, do I? Can I please stay here at the warren?"

"Well, part of that will depend on your father." Waylene said gently.

She watched as the young girls eyes filling with grief. "He won't let me
stay."

Waylene smiled. "I wouldn't be so sure of that dear. I've been known to be
able to work your father over with a bit of ceremony."

Yasmine looked up at the Warrenlady, her eyes hopeful. "Do you mean it."

Waylene nodded. "Of course. However, it may not be easy. And we do have to
tell you father where you are."

Yasmine nodded. Waylene tried to encourage her with a smile, but saw the
girls worried face wasn't quite ready to accept it. Waylene understood.
Utha wasn't the easiest man to get along with. Though he was certainly the
most pompous and sometimes that worked to her advantage.

"Lakoda made me promise not to stay too long. so I'm going to let you rest
now. I'm sure Arri will be glad to see me letting you rest as well."

"Thank you, Lady Waylene." Yasmine said.

Waylene reached out and gently squeezed the girls hand. "It's going to be
all right, dear."

Waylene stood and headed to the door, her smile fading as she wondered how
in the hell Roland was still alive, and what she was going to do if he were
in Marrid's Domain.

>Koda was waiting for the Warrenlady as she took her leave from the girl's
room. She couldn't help but notice the frown still marring the woman's
face. Stepping out into the hall just as she was about to pass by, Koda
stopped her.

>"You don't possibly think it could be him... do you?" she asked alerting
the woman to the fact that she knew the story behind the man.

>"I pray not," Waylene sighed. "But I'm sending a wing out to look around
just to be on the safe side."

>Koda nodded at the precaution.

>"I don't like to think of him being so close to the Warren," the woman
admitted.

>"What about the eggs Yasmine said she saw?" Koda asked. "Could it really
be possible? And if so, where did he find them?"

>"Hopefully we can find out," Waylene replied. Koda could hear the worry in
her voice. "And maybe save those other women Yasmine said they were holding
as well."

"Waylene .." Koda said hesitantly.

She turned to look back at the healer. "What is it?"

Koda sighed, "It may be nothing .. but I've been worried about D'ssarian
lately."

Waylene chuckled, "We all are. But I wouldn't worry too much. He always
over does. I'm sure C'tain and Sina are keeping a good eye on him."

Koda nodded, but Waylene could see then concern still in her eyes. The
Warrenlady smiled lightly at the healer. "I wouldn't let D'ssarian know how
worried you are over him. He'll simply work harder to prove you wrong."

NRPG: Okay, now I know I've been behind and I'm sorry I couldn't jump in
and help out over the crosspost. I'll try and be more diligent next time..
if there must be one :}

Barb, the thing with Waylene is just to show how well D'ssarian is at least
hiding it from most people :}

Now Lyn, will Trey & Diana be back in time to go looking for these rogues?
If not I think that leaves only D'nar and T'rend .. Though the trainee's
could start flying anytime now. Is there anyone else whose available to go
looking?? If not I'll write something later.

Brief timeline: I know this isn't everything this is just the things
relivent to going to search for the rogues.. I think :}

Day one:
Tr'etram finds out about B'rin.

Day two:
Trey and Diana head to telnor
Ailill finds Yasmine

Day three:
Yasmine wakes
Z'lec organizes wing.
