[Tina - med centre late at night]

"Hi I'm Tina, pleased to meet you." smiled Tina warmly.

"Well you're just a hologram in a VR game, you're not actually here."   
said Tina.
" A what?"
"A Hologram in a VR game." said Tina "VR stands for virtual reality."
"What's a hologram?" asked Koda more than slightly confused.

Boy, thought Tina, this is gonna be a difficult game. The holograms were   
actually acting convincingly for once.

"Right sweat heart lets begin again. I am Tina, I am a dragon rider. My   
dragon is called Shella, for some reason that I can't explain we are   
telepathic. We spotted your dragons and their riders, we went to great   
them and we teleported to this place. Right does that clear it up Koda?"   
asked Tina studying the woman in front of her.

"So where are you from?"
"What?"
"Which warren did your dragon, Shella wasn't it, hatch at?" asked Koda.
"Warren?" said Tina, now confused. Koda noticed her confusion.
"You do know what a warren is don't you?"
"Yes, it's where rabbits live." said Tina. Koda shook her head.

"We are not getting anywhere very quickly are we?" said Koda.
"You're not wrong there." agree Tina smiling
"Lets begin at the beginning. Do you know where you are?" asked Koda.
"In the VR game or real life?" asked Tina. Koda frowned. "All right all   
right. We are in a fantasy world of Renen, I am one of the Queens trusted   
dragon riders who protect Renen from the Darken Hordes which roam the   
badlands that border our country."

"Right that sorta clears that up. What if I told you were a dragon rider,   
in a place called Dragon Lands, you are suffering from a case of amnesia,   
and are now in the Warren of Marrid?" asked Koda taking a straight   
forward approach.

"Is this part of the game?" asked Tina.
"No I'm being serious. I have no idea what this VR game is, I have never   
heard of a place called Renen, let alone the Darken Hordes." The two of   
them looked at one another and burst out laughing.

"Were not getting anywhere." laughed Koda. "Lets try a different method.   
Are you hurt at all?" asked Koda.
"I don't think so."
"OK then lets do a physical check then." said Koda.

The examination lasted a while and at the end of it both Tina and Koda   
felt drained.
"So what's the diagnosis then Doc?"
"Well I can't see anything wrong with you. You have no injuries, you work   
out regularly and are obviously fit, lets wait and see what these blood   
tests tell us shall we?"
"So you think there is something wrong with me then?"
"Well you're suffering from some kind of amnesia, it could be due to some   
fever or illness that you suffered from, you could have received a knock   
to the head, or maybe even underwent some traumatic event and are   
blocking it out by creating some world other than this world."

"So you think I'm nutso right?" said Tina
"That's not quite what I sai....." began Koda
"No?"
"No. I am tired, I am also very hungry. Let's sleep on it and well, I'll   
see you in the morning after I've slept and eaten."
"OK." agreed Tina also tired after a long day. "Can I see Shella before I   
go to sleep?" Koda gave her a long look.
"I don't see why not. I'll speak to the warren lady and see what she has   
to say." agreed Koda.
" What? I'm afraid you've lost me again."

"OK briefly the warren is where a group of dragons and their riders live.   
The senior dragon in the warren is a queen dragon who is able to lay the   
eggs. Her rider is known as the warren lady and rules the warren,   
assisted by any other junior queen riders."
"So what makes a queen then?"
"Well a queen is always a metalic colour. They are quite rare and there   
are usually only a few in each warren, sometimes on the one or two."
"Cool." said Tina. "You go and speak to the warren lady, does she have a   
name?"
"Yes she's called Waylene."
"Oh her, I think I met her when I first arrived." said Tina.
"That'll be her. No go and get into some clothes and I'll speak to   
Waylene for you."

[Shella and Ribbon late at night]

<So where am I?> asked Shella lying next to Koda's dragon, relieved to at   
last find someone who may have some answers.
<Marrid.> answered Ribbon.
<What countries that?> asked Shella. <I thought I was in Renen.>
<Where's Renen?> asked Ribbon <I've never heard of that place. No Marrid   
is a warren, in Dragon Lands.>
<Oh, I am confused now.> said the huge cyan dragon. <I really need to   
talk to someone.>

<Well try me.> offered Ribbon.
<Well it's really strange. How old would you say I am?> asked Shella.
<Hmm a couple of years old at least.>
<Well how come I have no memories older than 3 or 4 days?>
<That's strange, my rider will have a look at you and see if you're   
suffering form any illness or injury. What memories do you have?>

<Well you say I am in a place called Marrid  in some country called   
Dragon Lands. Well I am from a place called Renen. I serve the queen with   
my rider Tina.>
<Hmmmm.> murmered Ribbon.
<Well we were attacking a couple of wyverns of the darken hoarde when   
suddenly we blacked out and appeared in this place with no sign of the   
darken hoardes.>
<Hmmm sounds bizare to me.>
<Whats stranger is that Tina says that she is just in a VR game and that   
really she is a singer from some place called Earth and a city called   
London.>
<So is that where you are from?> asked Ribbon
<Well no, that's what is even stranger. I've never heard of a place   
called Earth or London.>
<Hmmmm. It's certainly confusing.>
<Well I can read Tina's thoughts and she definitely has memories of this   
place called Earth and her past life. She is just as confused as me. She   
thought that I was just a hologram, but I feel to real and our telepathy   
and closeness is to real for her to ignore.>

<Well something strange is definatly happening. Lets wait and see what   
Koda comes up with.>

[Tina in the med centre same night]

Tina woke from her sleep at the sound of people rushing around the med   
centre. She lifted herself onto one arm and had a look around. Some one   
was being carried in, they looked unconcious. Hey wait a minute it was   
that nice woman Koda.

Tina climbed out of bed and wandered over to the bed.
"Is there anything I can do to help?" asked Tina.
"Are you a healer?" some one asked.
"Well no not really, I know a bit of first aid." offered Tina.
"Well best keep out of our way."
"OK," said Tina "Is it serious?"
"We don't think so, Koda has been over worked for a while and looks   
exhausted."
