NRPG: This should fix things and make them flow. It's not that different.
It just make the conversation take place after Arri lands at the medcenter.

RPG:
Ailill pushed a strand of hair out of her face, only to have the wind push
it back a second later. She scanned the skies but saw little. All the
warren was in the meeting, with the exception of those riders like Ailill
who were serving watch rotation. Ailill had already informed Carrie that she
would follow the junior queenriders wishes

Sighing Ailill unconciously tightened the straps that held her in her custom
made saddle. It was a twisted combination of Koda's saddle, and the normal
fighting saddle. It held two compact litters, as well as emergency medical
supplies. She was proud of some of the extras she had added to it.

When the shifting majic hit them it only took a few heartbeats for them to
take to the air. Storm pushed aside the panic as she focused on her rider.
They ported as the warren erupted into chaos.

She appeared in the air over the new warren. Already a few dragons were
starting to show up. They later they arrived the worse shape they were in.
As she watched one dragon rider pair ported only a few feet above the ground
and promptly crashed to the earth. Other struggled to remain aloft

<<Hey, wasn't that...>> Storm trailed off as she banked hard to avoid
crashing into a porting dragon.

<Let's land, love, with all the incoming dragons staying aloft is gonna get
us killed. Besides I need to be down there, helping out.> Storm shifted
gently and started a downward spiral. <Oh, yeah and tell Koda that I'm here
and ready to help.>

Storm paused. <Ribbon isn't here.> Sorrow laced her words. <<I can't feel
her.>>

Ailill fought the tight feling that gripped her throat. There would be time
to mourn the lost later, now the living needed help. <Find out whose's
riders need help. I can't expect there are too many, this is a all or
nothing situation.>

Storm nodded mentally. <<There aren't many riders that are injured, Daetyn
says her rider needs to be looked at.>>

<Arri!! Thank the god's she's here, how bad is she hurt?> Ailill asked as
Storm reached the ground.

<<Don't know, she's right over there, ask her.>>

"Arri?" Ailill called out,as they landed near the medcenter. She couldn't
recognize the women as the junior queenrider, but the dragon looked the
same. she slid off Storm's back and grabbed one of the smaller first aid
packs. "Arri is that you?" She asked the shorthaired woman that sort of
looked like the junior queenrider. "Storm told me that you had been
injured. Here, let me look at you." Ailill didn't see any noticeable
injury, and Arri explained the situation, still she quickly checked the
woman over.

When she was finished Arri smiled at her. "When did you become a healer,
Ailill?"

"I had to find something to keep me occupied, and I'm not a healer, I'm a
combat medic. I stick to emergency situations. Storm's saddles bags are
loaded up with medical supplies, and I've got a list of everyone else who
carries full supplies, though all the riders are supposed to carry some
first aid equipment."

"Perfect." Arri said as they started to walk towards the makeshift
medcenter. "Do me a favor and get hold of those riders, if you can, have
them meet at the medcenter."

"Already on it. Oh yes, the medcenter should have some supplies as well.
Koda had some of the patients moved earlier this week, just incase there was
an evacuation." Ailill sighed, "I'm glad your here Arri, I can handle most
of the cuts and bruses, but this many dragons suffering the waste sickness
is going to take a dragonhealer."

They had to alter their straight course as a hatchling wandered in their
path, it was crying desperately for it's rider. It's mental shouts so loud
that even Ailill's weak telepathy could make out it's distress.

Arri sighed. "We need someone to round up the hatchings, and settled them
down until their riders get here."

<<I could take care of the little ones, if you don't need me.>> Storm
suggested.

"Storm says she'll gather up the hatchlings she can find. I shouldn't need
her help while I'm in the medcenter."

"Good idea." Arri said, "But first let's get those supplies off her back."

NRPG: Just a little post to make sure that I arrive at the new warren. :)
She'll be eager to help out however she can.

Yours,
Katherine Heath
