[DL-M]: Candles, Dinner, Amore!

As Ainu landed, Kendal could sense the convining tone that Ainu
spoke at. He mentioned that he was simply landing to see how Ailill was
doing, but Kendal knew Ainu well enough to know that he was up to
something.

<Don't lie to me Ainu, you're up to something.>

<<Storm and I have decided that its about time that the two of you
talked. You humans would grow old and gray before you knew how silly you
are all acting.>>

<Its more complicated then that Ainu.>

<<At any rate, Storm and I want the two of you to talk, thats an
order. Otherwise, we'll have to sit on you until you do!>>

	<Ainu!>

Ainu didn't speak another word, just simply let Kendal off and
brushed him forward. Kendal could see that Ailill was held by the collar
by Storm. She obviously objected to this as well. He couldn't blame her.
He just smiled and laughed at the whole situation. If it takes two giant
dragons for two stubborn people to stop and talk, Kendal wondered how the
rest of the world gets by.

<<Storm, says that Ailill will see you for dinner tonight.>>

<That's fine Ainu.> Kendal couldn't help but think how pretty she
looked, upset and angry at how Storm was pushing her into this. But as
Ailill walked away, Kendal realized something.

'By the Gods!' She's coming over for dinner!

	<Damn it Ainu!>

	<<What?>>

<We haven't been home long enough to clean the place up.>

<<Take her out to dinner to the dining hall.>>

<Are you crazy! I can't do that. We need to set the atmosphere.
I'm going to tell her how much I love her, but I can't do that with
everyone in the warren listening in. Gossip would spread like wildfire.
You know how the dragons like to gossip.>

	<<So what should we do.>>

<Let's go shopping. Strong enough to teleport several times.>

	<<Sure, where are we going.>>

	<Everywhere!>

For the next several hours Kendal and Ainu, teleported from place
to place. The southern town of Humbold. A small fishing community that
sold some of the best tasting white swordfish on the continent. Who sold
the fish cheap for only a few coins.

The western fields of a town of farmers that sold nothing but the
best vegatables. Bread that savored in your mouth, baked to perfection
with nothing but the finest ingredients. Trading some of their specialty
for a couple of fish.

Candles from the monastery of the holy order. The monks gladly gave away
some of their most delightfully fragrant of candles for but a small bag of
vegatables.

>From there, Kendal and Ainu, teleported North. To a small arctic
community. The weather was warm this time of year and it is here that the
inhabitants gather water from giant glaciers. For a couple of candles,
the townspeople gave Kendal several bottles of the freshest water that
anyone has ever tasted. Water from an glacier that was formed thousands
of years ago.

>From there, Kendal and Ainu traveled deep to the Eastern hemisphere to a
community that specialized in desserts and wines. These people prided
themselves on their specialty. Kendal gladly gave away a few bottles of
water for Strawberry Crepes and a bottle of 30 year old white Marlot.

And lastly but not the least, travelling to from East to West, North to
South. Gathering a collection of fresh flowers from over half a dozen
gardens. At the last garden, Kendal picks the sweetest smelling orchard
he could find.

<<Kendal, I think we have everything we need.>>

	<Did we forget anything?>

	<<I hope not, I'm beat.>>

	<You don't think I'm over doing it do you.>>

<<No of course not. I mean who else is as insane as you to do
what you are doing.>>

<Not everyone has access to a dragon who can teleport. Besides,
Ailill is special. She deserves it. Especially after the weay I've been
treating her. I love her Ainu, I don't know what my life would be
without her.>

With a mental smile Ainu grinned at how love striken his soul mate
was. Even though exhausted, he was happy for Kendal.

<<Come on Kendal, lets go home.>>

<Alright Ainu, we have enough stuff for dinner.>

With a grin, Kendal secures the last of the flowers in his sack
and off they go. For the next few hours, Kendal radically goes about
cleaning his apartment, cooking a meal he does his best to try not to
screw up. Setting up an atmosphere he hopes will set a receptive mood in
Ailill. With everything set, the dinner ready, the candles ready to be
lit, Kendal stands back and is happy. Exhausted, but happy.

Queitly, Kendal sits back and waits.

Kate - Over to you...if asked if Kendal went to to much trouble, he'll
probably deny it.

Who dares say: Never!
Who's to blame where oppression rules? We are.
Who's responsible where the rule is smashed? We are.
Those beaten down shall rise up tall!
	Whoever is lost, fights back!
Who can restrain the man who sees his situation?
The victims of today will be victors of tomorrow
And Never is changed into Today.
