Naomi & Lacey finished with breakfast.

"Naomi, if you don't need me for a bit I am going to meet some of the new 
riders, like that one M'Lent brought back right before the hatching" 
Lacey said.

"Speaking of M'Lent..." Naomi started.

"I know" Lacey interrupted "I will get with him today & do some training, 
I promise"

Naomi laughed at the face her sister was making at the thought of more 
training.

Lacey headed from the dining hall to the hatchling barracks. There she 
looked in on the dragons & their riders. She spoke with a few of them & 
admired their dragons.

(Garnet you should be very proud of your clutch, they are beautiful)

(I know) Garnet beamed.

Lacey rounded the corner & heard singing. She stopped for a moment & then 
smiled as she realized she knew the song.

"....& the love that you never thought you'd find, finally comes your 
way" Lacey joined in. The girl looked startled & then smiled & continued.

"Your dreams all come true & the world takes on a rosy hue. Thats what 
happens when your love & you start the world anew."

Both girls stopped together. Lacey smiled at her. "Soliel, right?" as the 
girl nodded Lacey continued "You have a beautiful voice. It would be nice 
if you could occasionally sing with some of us. Would you consider it?"
Lacey continued "You have a beautiful dragon. Her name is...?"

Lacey left the hatchling barracks & asked Garnet to see if she could find 
out where M'Lent was.

(He's at the edge of the warren talking with a few of the riders.)

Lacey headed that way & found M'Lent. "M'Lent, I have come for the training"

M'Lent took her arm & they headed away talking.

Lacey finally got throught with training with M'Lent.
She was hot & tired as the afternoon was warm. M'Lent & her had grabbed a 
quick lunch. She wanted to head for the lake for a swim.
Then she had a thought.

(Garnet, would you please ask Calindeth if his rider his free to join me 
for a swim?)
