As Darrkon left to go spend some time with Calindeth, Lacey smiled. She 
liked him & she hoped he would stay. 

(Garnet? What do you think? Do you like Calindeth?)

(Well, he's different....thinks we are all too soft. Hmph! I ought to 
show him a thing or two)

Lacey laughed as she picked up on something else.

(You like him, you silly girl...& you don't think he likes you as well)

(well, mom likes him)

Lacey smiled.

(Well, you dragons always share anyways...unlike us)

(Thats true. Besides, who knows if he will be worthy enough to win either 
of us next time we fly)

(well, that will be awhile for you, sweetheart, since you just had your 
clutch)

Lacey thought about what Garnet had just said. It would be nice to know 
the person who fly Garnet next time...the other rider last time had been 
a visitor from  Falagand.

Lacey yawned....she had not realized how much time she had spent talking 
with Darrkon. She was sleepy.

(Garnet,Can we go home?)

Garnet landed next to Lacey & off they went....Lacey thinking thoughts of 
men in masks as she smiled & drifted off to sleep.

Lacey listened as the meeting progressed. D'Gerrit seemes so calm & self 
assured but something didn't register right.

After D'Gerrit left, her sister turned to her & asked her opinion.

"Well, it was obvious he didn't like me being here" Lacey said "& he's 
trying to hide something, but I am not sure what"

"We'll just have to keep out eyes & ears open" Naomi said "Now how about 
that breakfast?"

The two sisters walked over to the dining hall chatting about some things 
& then Lacey remembered she wanted to talk to Naomi about Darrkon.

"Naomi" Lacey said "Are you going to invite Darrkon to stay?

"I think so" Naomi said "Why?"

"I like him. He is very nice" Lacey said "Besides, both our dragons like 
his dragon"
Lacey giggled at the thought of the two queens talking about Calindeth.

"Yes, Amethyst is quite taken with him" Naomi said

"Well, I am glad....I do hope he stays" Lacey said.

The two sisters were almost finished with breakfast when Lacey thought of 
something else she wanted to talk with her sister about.

"Naomi, lately my telepathy seems to be expanding. I have been hearing a 
few of the other dragons, especially when the excitement is high, like it 
was at hatching & a few other times" Lacey said "Also, I believe there is 
a chance, darrkon might be a mild telepath. I heard him yell at his 
dragon to Shut up last night....it startled me. Thought at first he was 
talking to me. Was it this way with you? or what do you think is happening"

NRPG: Kris...tag!

Any others...Lacey will just be wandering around the warren most of the 
day, meeting the new riders & checking on things...also, Kris, Lacey will 
be in your office helping you whenever you want her there...

Kris" will do the post with jaquel & Lillianna that we talked about, 
probably tomorrow....am falling asleep & if I write in this state I might 
accidently kill Jaquel off! :)

Ismail & Kris: when talking about Darrkon or when around him you both 
will get the feeling that she likes him a lot.
