"hello Darrkon.  Or should I say Karellen?"

"He died a long time ago.  I go by Darrkon now.  There are some things
we just can't go back to."  As he looked at the boy in the bed, around
the same age he was when he trained with Maykor an ache rushed through
Darrkon's heart that he had been replaced.

"Nonsense, nonsense.  Karellen, Darrkon.  Darrkon, Karellen.  It doesn't
matter.  You're still the same bot who ruined my workshop.  You've still
got the same values and morals that you had as a child.  I had heard
stories that Darrkon was once an evil man who had chosen to go good.
Now I know he was good all the time.  My Karellen couldn't have done
those horrible things.  But what are we doing here talking.  I saw
you're fight last night you're in no condition to be standing.  Now go
to bed."  Darrkon tried to protest but the man wouldn't listen, "Off
with you!"

When Darrkon opened the door he knew he was in trouble.  Lilliana stood
waiting for him looking very aggitated, "First you go off and get
yourself all sliced up like you're a roast or something, then you go off
fighting wild dragon and ruining all the work I did to help you heal.
Now you're running around after I told you to stay in bed for the rest
of the day.  I've never had it easy with you riders, but I swear you're
the worst Darrkon."  An already defeated Darrkon could do nothing but
surrender.  He went back to his room and got in bed although he knew he
wouldn't be able to sleep with his old mentor so close...he was out
before his head hit the pillow.

NRPG:  Just thought I'd finish the last post.  Ran out of time and that
woulda been a weak ending.

Also if anyone else wins the mating flight it's cool cause it'll help
with the trouble Narina plans on making (Darrkon is a guy afterall).
