After Midnight
Cat's Apartment

Kaymann stripped off his shirt and leaned across the bed. He put his hand down on the other side of her hip.

"There's always an upside to fighting you know?"

"Oh really?" Cat's eyes twinkled.

Kaymann snuck a kiss. "Really."

Cat *wanted* to stay angry with him, but the truth was that she just couldn't. Sure, if he took one step out of line she'd skin him alive, but right now *he* was th one she wanted, and Delilah was forgotten.

"Am I forgiven?" murmured Kaymann.

"For now," Cat purred back, snaking her arm around his neck and drawing him closer.

<Honestly! You make me sick!>

Cat froze.

"Whassup?" muttered Kaymann, as he nibbled Cat's ear.

"Dragon trouble," 

"Ignore her,"

<Look, lizard, you've gotta understand that sometimes a rider needs some privacy. Maybe one day, when you're *grown up*...> Cat mentally spat the words, <you'll find some handsome male dragon, and *then* you'll understand!>

Anthra sniffed. <As if I'd be able to find one worthy of me!>

<Okay, have it your own way - it's your loss. But for now, get outta my *head*!>

Cat could almost *feel* Anthra's sneer. Then an idea struck her. She tried another tack.

<Okay, lizard, if you're so interested, you can watch. Yes, that's right, come right into my mind like the nasty little voyeur you are, and watch and enjoy and *feel*. Ringside seat. Yes, you might even pick up some tips, not that you'll ever get the opportunity to use them!>

"Sorted!" said Cat triumphantly, to Kaymann.

"What did you say to her?" he asked, as he undid the buttons of Cat's blouse. 

"Oh, I just told her to just come on into my head and enjoy the experience!"

"You what?" said Kaymann, jumping back as if stung.

"Oh, come on now," purred Cat, laughing as she pulled him back closer, "I never thought I'd hear *you* being prudish..."
