	Dargis found himself in a rather strange situation.  Not that 
this whole entire dragon warren thing had been anything even close to 
normal, but this felt definitely strange.  He was sitting across the 
table from Kaymann and two pints of ale stood in front of each of 
them as they prepared to drink, tell stories and sing songs.  Dargis 
wasn't quite sure what to tell Kaymann, he was still bothered by the 
death of the man.  He began raising the tankard to his lips to take a 
draught when a serving lady walked up.

Leaning between Kaymann and Dargis, showing just the right amount of 
cleavage, the green-eyed beauty purred, her voice silky smooth, "And 
how may I serve you handsome gentleman today!" 

	Kaymann eyed the lady in no uncertain terms, unconsciously 
thrusting his chest out.  Dargis however, was not nearly so suave.  
With a strangled, "eep!" he fell off the bench, dumping the ale all 
over his clothing in the process, the tankard clattering loudly on 
the floor.  Standing up he gazed around, thankful that nobody was 
there to watch.  Turning around, he found himself face to face with 
the lady.  His eyes widened and he held he breath as she placed a 
finger on his chest, "I need to speak with you."

	Dargis tried to speak but a loud gasp came out.  He tried 
again, "Um^�.why do you want to speak to me.  I mean, your very pretty 
and all and I've noticed that pretty ladies always want to speak with 
me, which is really different.."

	A finger on his lips silenced Dargis immediately, almost to 
the point of him fainting.  A glint of amusement sparked in Delilah's 
eyes, "I understand you are quite the gardener.  I was wondering if I 
might take a look at some of your handiwork."

	Dargis relaxed visibly, "Sure.  I'd be happy to make a 
bouquet.  Normally I have a flower to give a pretty lady, but the 
fall kinda crushed it.  But I think that a," Dargis moved close to 
her face, examining her deep green eyes, "Kendoran Daisy would go 
well with your eyes.  I'll give one to you as soon as one blooms.  I 
just planted them^�.."

	He found the finger on his lips again, "That would be 
wonderful Dargis.  Shall I meet you after dinner?"

	Dargis pondered that for a moment before nodding, shrugging 
his shoulders, "I guess so.  There should be enough light to see the 
flowers at that time.  I'll go check on them now."

	Waving to Kaymann, "I'm going to go check on my flowers, but 
maybe we can drink ale some other time, okay?"

	Walking out of the cave, he breathed deeply.  He was well 
aware of Delilah's charms, as well as Kaymann's mischief.  Very 
strong personalities and very hard to resist.  He was lucky to have 
gotten out of their with nothing more than an ale-stained shirt.

Day 17 ^� afternoon

	Dargis was checking over his garden, making sure they were 
well fed and watered.  A loud woof, followed by a cry of "Fang!" was 
the only warning he got as a large dog knocked him over on his side.  
Within moments, he was pinned beneath the dog's paws, the muzzle of 
the beast inches from his face.  A long, pink tongue gave him a hello 
as it bathed the middle of his face.

	Following close behind came Jeneve, an exasperated look on 
her face, "Are you okay, Dargis?  I was talking him with me while I 
tracked down Cyrus.  Before I knew it, he was off and running."

	The gardener grinned as he freed one arm up to scratch 
underneath Fang's chin, who growled pleasurably, "That's okay.  Fang 
likes me well enough.  Okay Fang, you can let me up."

	To Jeneve's surprise, the dog moved off of him and trotted 
over to Jeneve, sitting beside her.  The Queenrider arched her 
eyebrow, "Have you been playing with Fang?  He doesn't usually 
respond like that."

	Dargis shrugged his shoulders, "No.  I just asked him nice, I 
guess.  So, why are you looking for Cyrus?"
