Dameon felt the world slip from him, the cool harsh blackness of the 
void took him in like a familiar lover.

The others in the room were quick to help him.  Thomas and Dirk both 
carried the rider to the medical center.  And if anyone had been paying 
very close attention, they would have noticed that one woman remained 
behind.  Danielle paused for a second, as if she might walk out the door 
after the departed troop.  But in the end she turned and walked out of 
the other exit in the hall, off to do other things.

Two hours later Dameon awoke in the same bed he had originaly been in 
when he initialy arived at Telnor.

()Alright, here is the deal.  They only had to remove your brain, I told 
them you had no use for it.()

Dameon began to chuckle.  He tried to sit up, but found himself 
restrained.  Apparently they intended to keep him still for a bit, even 
if he didn't want to.  And so Dameon waited for R'chein to arrive and 
hopefully discharge him.
