Danielle was restless. She had not had any real fun in ages and the
funeral earlier today had just made it worse. She caressed her flat
abdomen and hoped that when she carried Trap's baby that all would go
well. Tahalya and her had never gotten along that well, but losing a child
was something noone should have to bear. She heard Diemas land on the
outside ledge of their apartment and went to greet her mate.

"Trap? Can we go out tonight? I feel restless." Danielle looked up at Trap
her blue eyes pleading with him, needing this to help ease the
restlessness.

Trap looked down at the woman he loved and knew he couldn't resist her
anything, even though his heart was with his friend Ash. "Of course,
Dallie. We can get Blaze and whoever he wants to bring and go to the Blue
Dragon Inn."

Danielle's face lit up. That had always been one of her favorite places.
"Oh thank you, Trap!." She hugged him tightly and then drew his head down
for a passionate kiss.

Trap chuckled. "If this is how I will get thanked everytime I give you
something you want, I might have to do it more often."

In answer, Danielle drew him towards the bedroom. "Come, let me thank you
properly." She smiled at him as he gathered her into his arms and carried
her the rest of the way to their bed.

*Later that evening*

Danielle pulled her blue tunic over her head and then smoothed her white
blonde tresses. The black leather pants showed off her figure to
perfection, her top matched her eyes perfectly. Trap walked into the room
and his eyes lit up.

"You look fantastic!" he marveled at how lucky he was to have the woman in
front of him. He gathered her into his arms for a deep probing kiss. "Are
you sure you want to go out tonight?" he asked, his voice husky with
desire.

Danielle laughed and pulled out of his arms. "Didn't you have enough this
afternoon?"

"I never get enough of you, Dallie." he tried catching her but she dodged
just out of his reach, giggling.

"Come on. Blaze is waiting on us down on the green." Then Danielle frowned
as Zena told her who Blaze's partner for the evening was. She turned to
Trap. "Blaze is bringing Lyonnia with him."

"Surely you can put up with her for the evening, sweetie." Trap implored.

"Of course I can. I just know she doesn't like me so its a little hard."
Danielle said. "But tonight is for fun so lets have some!"

*Later at the Blue Dragon Inn*

The four sat around the table laughing and drinking and having a good
time.

"Let me get a refill for us" Blaze offered.

Soon he was back with glasses filled with ale. Danielle downed hers
quickly, very happy tonight.

"Come on, Blaze, come dance with me" she pulled him to his feet. When they
got out on the dance floor she pressed up close to him, rubbing her body
against his. Her arms entwined behind his neck, playing with his hair.

"Um, Danielle, I don't think Trap will like us dancing this close." Blaze
pulled away from her slightly.

She pouted, her full lips parting slightly. "Who cares? I am just having a
good time." She pulled him close again, but he pulled away.

"Danielle, I am going to take you back to Trap." Blaze said, trying to
pull her back towards the table.

"No!" she said "I just want to have fun and if you won't provide it I will
find someone who will." with that, she spun away from his grasp, lost her
balance slightly and sprawled into the lap of one of the nearby patrons.

The man caught her easily and his crystal blues eyes met hers. Danielle
smiled up at the stranger and straightened herself up so that she was
sitting in his lap, her hand reaching up and entangling itself into his
auburn hair. "Hi my name is Danielle."

"Marcus" he said simply.

*in a corner of the bar*

The man stood watching Danielle make a spectacle of herself, smiling
softly. The powder he had placed in her drink had worked just as the man
said it would. She would be loose and inhibited and not care about
anything except having fun. Right now, she probably didn't even remember
she had a mate, let alone that he was also there in the bar.

"I will ruin your life as you ruined my brothers, Danielle" he said
softly.
