**N'lin**

Nalin looked around for Annalise's blond head. He wasn't really looking
forward to this, but he had promised after all.

"Hey, N'lin... How do you feel about taking a little trip today?" He
recognized Katla's voice immediately, and was a bit suprised at the
slightly cheerful tone in her voice.

He glanced up at her and blushed unaccountably. "Katla?"

"Derry and I are going to offer a reward for the return of Ojee and Cill
and, well, we've got to go set that up, and I was wondering if you'd
like
to come along..."

He almost blurted out yes immediately, but remembered his promise. He
glanced around, trying to figure out if he was really needed or not. He
knew that some would continue the search for Ojean, which wouldn't leave
as many here. Analise could probably handle it.

"Sure," he said with a slight smile. "How much are you offering?"

"Forty thousand."

Nalin couldn't help but whistle in admiration. His little stash
wouldn't even make a difference. "Well if that doesn't bring them in, I
don't know what will. I bet K'leev and Owlean will turn Ojean in
themselves when they hear about it."

"That's what we thought," Katla commented as the walked out of the
dining hall.

<^Tinka^ tells me we're going on a trip,> Foil said, indignant that
N'lin hadn't told him first.

<Satinka would be correct,> N'lin said, careful to keep his mental tone
even and unconcerned.

<*Hhmf* It would be nice if you would keep me informed, rider,> Foil
said, getting the last word before keeping his silence.

Moments later, Nalin wanted to ask his dragon something, but refrained,
deciding it wasn't in the correct spirit of things. He was curious as
to their destination. Until Ojean had been kidnapped, he couldn't
remember anything but the warren. Most of the places they had searched
had been in the middle of no where. He was looking forward to seeing
more towns.

He turned towards Katla, and glimpsed Derry and J'red walking out of the
dining hall. He hoped no one else was coming along. Large groups
struck him to be rather inefficient.

"So where are we going?" he asked.

NRPG: SSS but I got a mild case of writers block :( I have a little
request, I don't want Nalin going to Killaglen.
