[Ilara and Sarilyn, at the green]

>         Ilara relaxed somewhat.  "Is she okay?" Sarilyn inquired.

  Sarilyn giggled, and joined in the laughter, noticing that Ilara seemed
to feel just a bit better.  Then she managed to get herself under control
as she waited for Ilara to go on.

>         Ilara sighed and ran a hand through her hair in rueful

> Carl as you and Billy."  The comparison made it easier for her, in a

  Sarilyn nodded, and immediately understood.  And that made her all the
more determined to help her.  After all, she was a junior Queenrider after
all, and riders were supposed to help the Queenriders...so, she was going
to!

>         "So, do you still want to go see her?" Sarilyn pressed, still
> taking this in... which perhaps she knew was meant to stay quiet.

  Grabbing for Ilara's hand and determined to help her as best she could,
Sarilyn headed at a trot for the stables.  << Lu, please keep Erk company,
we'll be just fine. >>

  When they got to the stables, the stablehand arched a brow when Sarilyn
asked for two horses to be saddled.  "Umm, you aren't supposed to be going
anywhere without getting cleared by the Hatchling Trainer...I don't
know..."

  Sarilyn blinked, and stood tall, giving the poor boy a glare.  "Maybe
you don't want to do it for me, but you *do* recognize the new Junior
Queenrider, *don't* you?  Now, get those horses!"

  Ilara bit back a giggle, then sighed.  "Umm, Sarilyn, I'm not all that
good of a rider, I can't manage a horse by myself."

  "Not a problem, you can ride behind me, just make sure you hold on."

  Quickly mounting, Sarilyn offered a hand up to Ilara, who looked a bit
hesitent but finally hauled up to settle behind her, quickly reaching to
hold on as Sarilyn kicked the hoers into a gallop, and they headed out of
the Warren.

  "Where to, Ilara?!"
